OUR CARPET CLEANING STEPS:
- walk-through to visually pre-inspection the carpet, do fiber test make sure we can apply an appropriate cleaning product and process, use a high powered black light to determinate any pet problems
- carefully prepare your home or office for cleaning by moving any light/medium items off of the floor
- put covers over vulnerable furnishings, floor protectors and corner guards
- pre-vacuuming carpet first in order to remove any dry soil, crumbs, small or loose items
- spots and stains treatment, use different spotting solutions to increase chances of removal
- pre-spray the entire carpet with our 99% green cleaning products and let that soak in
- scrub brushing/agitation most soiled and traffic areas to restore super dirty residential or commercial carpets
- use the power of steam and hot water extraction (truck mount or portable unit) without over wetting the carpet or leaving a sticky residue behind
- neutralize, rinse carpets with Ph balance product which deactivate even our organic cleaner – zero residue ever, leaves carpets soft and fresh
- post grooming, rake all carpet surfaces, make sure the pile of the carpet is standing tall when we leave, helps carpets dry faster and in the right position
- concentrate on drying your carpet, while crew is onside, put air movers for faster dry time, usually 3-5 hours
- post quality cleaning inspection to point out the results and satisfied with the job
