Vlad and team did an excellent job cleaning cat urine stain/smell out of my sectional couch. This is the second time I have had them out for cat-related accidents and they did a tremendous job! It’s not easy to remove the smell of cat pee and I was worried that the couch was ruined. The team were on time, highly professional and provided a service that was excellent value for money. All I can say is WOW, a miracle worker. I did not think they would be able to get the stains out of my Restoration Hardware couch it but they did! Vlad was great. Excellent service! Online scheduling was easy, convenient, and prompt! Vlad was able to get a red ink stain out of my couch that we had tried to do ourselves. Vlad truly is amazing. My husband and I moved into a townhouse that had been destroyed. We couldn't afford new carpet after all of the other repairs, and needed a deep cleaning. Vlad was able to get to us on a Sunday morning! He took a disaster and turned it around! I was so surprised as to how good he got the carpet looking.
